ARTICULO 91. Compensación de vacaciones en dinero. Cuando el empleado público fuere retirado sin haber hecho uso de las vacaciones tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago de ellas por cada año de servicio cumplido y proporcionalmente por fracción de año, siempre que ésta exceda de seis (6) meses, liquidadas con base en los últimos haberes devengados, y a las correspondientes primas vacacionales liquidadas conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 48 de este Estatuto.
