Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones legales que sean contrarias a la presente Ley, excepto el artículo 2° de la Ley 65 de 1925 , respecto del cual el Poder Ejecutivo deberá darle estricto cumplimiento en la forma que lo tiene proyectado y con los fondos apropiados a tal fin en la vigencia actual y los asignación en el Ley de Apropiaciones para la vigencia próxima.
