Art. 2.° La Compañía de que trata el artículo anterior tendrá por capital la cantidad de cuatrocientos mil pesos, divididos en cuatrocientas acciones de a mil pesos, de las cuales el Gobierno tomara doscientas, i las restantes se colocarán entre nacionales i estranjeros, para lo cual el Poder Ejecutivo publicará invitaciones por el término de seis meses.
