Obtención de personería jurídica y reconocimiento deportivo . Para efectos del otorgamiento de personería jurídica y reconocimiento deportivo, de los clubes deportivos, ligas deportivas y federaciones deportivas, se aplicará lo señalado en el decreto 407 de 1996, en cuanto no contraríe lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, y teniendo en cuenta que en lugar de "modalidad deportiva" debe entenderse "tipo de limitación específica".
