º Para que las personas que quieran colonizar tierras baldías tengan derecho al auxilio en dine ro y herramientas que establece la Ley 47 de 1926, será necesario que el colono se someta a las indicaciones del Gobierno sobre el cultivo que deba establecer. Est a obligación se hará constar en la fianza de garantía que otorgue.
