El mercado cambiario está constituido por la totalidad de las divisas que deben canalizarse obligatoriamente por conducto de los intermediarios autorizados para el efecto o a través del mecanismo de compensación previsto en esta resolución. También formarán parte del mercado cambiario las divisas que, no obstante estar exentas de esa obligación, se canalicen voluntariamente a través del mismo.
