ARTICULO 8 º. El literal d) del artículo 32 de los Estatutos Internos del Incora, quedará así: d) Constituir reservas sobre tierras baldías para destinarlas a los siguientes fines: servicios públicos, al cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el literal d) del artículo 107 del Código Fiscal; colonizaciones; los que se le atribuyan en leyes especiales y sustraerlas de dicho régimen en los casos expresamente autorizados.
