º La Sección de Provisión Agrícola venderá a los agricultores y ganaderos los artículos al precio de costo, incluyendo en éste lo necesario para cubrir el costo de sostenimiento de la Sección, almacenes, seguros y hasta un cinco por ciento (5 por 100) para reservas que irán aumentando el fondo rotatorio de la Sección de Provisión Agrícola.
