Articulo 42. El Instituto podrá también, con autorización de la Junta Directiva, adquirir y parcelar toda clase de fincas, cuando esta medida sea indispensable para la solución de problemas entre propietarios y colonos y corresponda a los fines económico-sociales perseguidos por el mismo Instituto.
