El que ejecute un acto contra la vida, la seguridad o libertad del Presidente de la República, o del que con título legal ejerza el poder ejecutivo, incurrirá en la pena de diez a quince años de reclusión, sin perjuicio de la pena que corresponda al acto criminoso considerado sin relación a la calidad del ofendido.
