Al término de la comisión el empleado deberá ser reintegrado a un empleo de la categoría que le corresponda en el Escalafón. Si rehusare reintegrarse, quedará fuera del servicio y eliminado del Escalafón, decisión esta última que se adoptará mediante decreto motivado.
