Las Bolsas de Productos Agropecuarios legalmente constituidas podrán desarrollar mercados de futuros y opciones con el fin de proteger el riesgo inherente a las fluctuaciones de precios y darle fluidez y liquidez al mercado de productos agropecuarios y pesqueros.

Parágrafo

Se autoriza al IDEMA para que pueda actuar en el mercado de futuros y opciones que desarrollen las Bolsas de Productos Agropecuarios y Pesqueros.
