Fomento del teatro colombiano. Con el fin de salvaguardar, conservar y difundir el patrimonio teatral colombiano y las obras maestras del repertorio del arte dramático universal, el Ministerio de Cultura convocará anualmente a directores, dramaturgos, autores y actores profesionales pertenecientes a distintas agrupaciones del país, quienes desarrollarán proyectos teatrales que serán difundidos en los órdenes nacional e internacional.
