las infracciones al presente Decreto por parte de las aeronaves extranjeras se sancionarán por el Ministerio de Guerra, Dirección General de Aviación, en la forma establecida en el artículo 57 del Decreto número 66 de 1934. En este caso la aeronave no podrá continuar su viaje mientras no se haya surtido el correspondiente procedimiento administrativo.
