La suma destinada por el Artículo anterior, será manejado por una Junta, compuesta del Prefecto de la Provincia de San Juan, el Presidente del Concejo Municipal y el Cura párroco de la población. Esta Junta nombrara un Tesorero, bajo la garantía que como tal otorgue, y rendirá cuentas a la Corte del ramo, de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Código Fiscal.
