El Ministerio de Obras por intermedio de la Dirección Nacional de Carreteras o cualquiera otra jefatura de esa entidad a la que le corresponde, dispondrá el mantenimiento de las mismas por conducto del Distrito No. 1 que tiene como sede la ciudad de Medellín en el Departamento de Antioquia.
