Para efectos del cierre de los proyectos de inversión financiados con recursos del SGR, las entidades ejecutoras de estos deberán realizar una autoevaluación del cumplimiento del alcance y las metas establecidas en la formulación y aprobación del proyecto de inversión en las herramientas que disponga para el efecto el DNP.
