El auto que decrete la práctica de una inspección ocular debe expresar con claridad los puntos materia de la diligencia y el sitio, la fecha y la hora de ésta, a la que concurren el Juez, su Secretario, los peritos o testigos nombrados en forma legal y las partes o sus apoderados o voceros.
