Artículo diez y nueve. De conformidad con el artículo 8° del Decreto 3694 de 1954, los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados y los Notarios registrarán sus libros de cuentas en las Recaudaciones o Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional. En Bogotá esta diligencia se surtirá en el Departamento de Notariato y Registro del Ministerio de Justicia. Este registro se hará numerando y rubricando las hojas, y asentando al principio de cada libro la correspondiente nota de apertura.
