Articulo 3° Los empleados públicos que sean nombrados en la planta de personal que se establezca en cumplimiento del presente Decreto, sólo requerirán para la posesión la firma del acta respectiva, y él pago de impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración.
