° Adicíonase el artículo 27, sección 2.ª (Correos nacionales), capítulo 8.° del decreto número 923 de 1883 (15 de Octubre), sobre la primera liquidación de los Presupuestos nacionales de Rentas y Gastos para la vigencia económica de 1883 á 1884, así:

Parágrafo 3

º Para dos Escribientes, á $.600 cada uno, $ 1,200.
