º . Rendimiento Mínimo Anual por préstamos otorgados por la sociedad a sus socios. Para el año gravable del 2001, la tasa de interés para determinar el rendimiento mínimo anual de todo préstamo en dinero cualquiera que sea su naturaleza o denominación que otorguen las sociedades a sus socios o accionistas, será del 8.89% de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 35 del Estatuto Tributario.
