Vigencia Y Derogatorias
Decreto 1540 de 2024 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 54 de la Ley 143 de 1994 modificado por el artículo 233 de la Ley 2294 de 2023 y se adiciona la Subsección 8.4 a la Sección 8, Capítulo 8, Título III, Parte 2, Libro 2 del Decreto número 1073 de 2015, con el fin de reglamentar la gobernanza con participación étnica de las transferencias del sector eléctrico con destino a comunidades indígenas ubicadas en áreas con potencial diferencial de sol y viento.
