La emisión de la estampilla Universidad de Sucre, Tercer Milenio, cuya renovación y vigencia se autoriza y se extiende de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, será hasta por la suma adicional de cincuenta mil millones de pesos ($50.000.000.000) moneda legal. El monto total recaudado se establece a precios constantes al momento de la aprobación de la presente ley.
