Quedan modificados los artículos 397 y 402 del Código Penal; modificados los artículos 394 y 406 del Código de Procedimiento Penal y modificado el artículo 26 de la Ley 224 de 1938 , y derogados los artículos 497, 498, 500, 501, 503, 504, 531, 532, 533 y 534 de este mismo Código de Procedimiento Penal; el inciso primero del artículo 25 de la Ley 200 de 1936 y todas las disposiciones que sean necesarias contrarias a la presente Ley.
