De las funciones del maestro de taller pueden, también encargase los Guardianes especializados en el arte u oficio de que se trate. En tal caso reciben la remuneración que les corresponde en si calidad de Guardianes y, además, alguna gratificación, a propuesta del Director, siempre que se hagan merecedores de ella; tal gratificación se incluirá en el presupuesto industrial del trabajo.
