Créase una Junta integrada por el Gobernador del Departamento de Boyacá por el Presidente de la Academia de Historia Boyacense, por el Alcalde de Tunja, por el Presidente del Consejo Municipal y por el Tesorero del Municipio. Esta Junta se encargará de la inversión de la suma de que habla la presente Ley, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes.
