Créanse un 2° Juzgado Superior en el Distrito Judicial de Popayán con los mismos empleados y asignaciones que tiene el que hoy funciona.

Créase una segunda Fiscalía del Juzgado 2° Superior de Popayán.

Parágrafo

De los siete Magistrados del Tribunal de Popayán, tres integraran la Sala de lo Civil y cuatro la de lo Criminal.
