Art. 1.º Desde el mes siguiente al de la sanción de la presente Ley, el Administrador de la Aduana de Tumaco pasará á la Caja de la Tesorería de ese Municipio, por cuotas de á mil pesos ($1,000) cada mes, y en la misma moneda en que hoy se recauda la renta aduanera en ese puerto, los doce mil pesos ($12,000) que por disposición de la Ley 85 de 1890, están destinados al amurallamiento de la mencionada Isla.
