Durante todo el año de 1930, los Jurados Electorales expedirán a los electores la cedula de ciudadanía de que trata esta Ley. Al efecto, tales entidades deberán funcionar diariamente por lo menos durante cuatro horas, anunciándolo por avisos.

Son de cargo de la Nación todos los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
