º. El Gobierno podrá emitir los bonos del Fondo Nacional del Café, de que trata el Decreto 2079 de 1940, en series sucesivas, por valor no inferior a un millón de pesos cada una, y podrá determinar para cada serie el tipo de interés, el cual puede ser eventualmente mayor del que señala el artículo 2º del mismo Decreto. Igualmente, se podrá señalar para una o para varias de dichas series una (sic) plazo de amortización menor del previsto en el expresado Decreto. Si las circunstancias indicaren la conveniencia de proceder así, una o varias series podrán ser emitidas en moneda extranjera.
