Articulo 1. A partir de la fecha de la vigencia de este Decreto, no se admitirán más solicitudes sobré suspensión de acciones de que habla el Decreto 328 de 1958 a menos que se traté de personas que acrediten plenamente haber observado una conducta intachable a partir del 15 de octubre de 1968, y que formalen sus Solicitudes antes del 25 de junio del corriente año.
