°. El papel común en que se extiendan documentos que deban llevar estampillas no excederá las dimensiones establecidas en este Decreto. Cuando sea de mayor tamaño se adheridas una cuota igual a la que corresponde a una hoja, por exceso. Cuando este fuere demasiado grande, llevará en estampillas una cuota más por cada tanto ó fracción de tanto sobrante de la dimensión prescrita.
