ARTICULO 10 . Adiciónase el capítulo VII del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente artículo: Artículo 2.2.1.7.4. Límites al volumen de activos. El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, señalará las normas sobre patrimonio técnico y límite al volumen de activos ponderados por riesgo, a los cuales deben someterse las sociedades de capitalización.
