Si la lesión produjere desfiguración facial, deformidad física reparable o perturbación psíquica transitoria, la pena será de seis (6) meses a cinco (5) años de prisión y multa de ciento ($ 100.00) a dos mil ($ 2.000.00) pesos. Si la desfiguración o la deformidad fueren permanentes, la pena será de uno (1) a seis (6) años de prisión y multa de ciento ($ 100.00) a cuatro mil ($ 4.000.00) pesos.
