Previa aprobación de la Junta Directiva del Inurbe, para cada caso, el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana podrá celebrar contratos de fiducia con sujeción a las reglas generales y del derecho comercial, sin las limitaciones y restricciones previstas en el numeral 5 del artículo 32 de la Ley 80 de 1993 .
