Los Jefes de Departamento y de Sección dictarán el Reglamento interno de la Oficina para el mejor despacho de los asuntos que les están encomendados, y distribuirán el trabajo entre sus subalternos, discriminando exacta y circunstanciadamente las funciones que á cada uno corresponden. Tales reglamentos deben someterse á la aprobación del Subsecretario.
