º . autorizase al Gobierno para destinar uno de los pabellones actualmente no ocupados de la penitenciaria central como lugar de detención de los procesados llamados a juicio. El Ministerio de Justicia tomará todas las medidas necesarias para que el personal de detenidos que ocupe dicho pabellón quede aislado del resto del presidio, y sometido al régimen especial que su actuación jurídica requiere.
