El que sin tener las calidades o derechos de que tratan los dosArtículos anteriores, falsifique una atestación o certificado de la especie prevista en ellos, o altere uno de esos documentos verdaderos, y el que haga uso de tal atestación o certificado falsificado o alterado, será castigado con reclusión por diez días a cuatro meses.
