Ley 73 de 1964 · Por la cual se auxilia a la ciudad de Bolívar

El auxilio de que trata el artículo anterior, será entregado directamente al Instituto de Crédito Territorial de Antioquia, entidad que realizará los estudios necesarios para erradicar los tugurios de ciudad de Bolívar, construirá las casas y las adjudicará a los beneficiarios, mediante las siguientes condiciones:

Sin cuota inicial;

A un plazo no superior de treinta (30) años;

Intereses no superiores al cuatro por ciento (4%).
