Artículo primero. Adiciónase el artículo 4° del Decreto número 0848, de 17 de marzo de 1959, en el sentido de que los pagos a los maestros de las Escuelas de Alfabetización que prestan sus servicios en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, serán cubiertos por la Pagaduría General del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
