º . Para efectos de asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos que adquiere el contratista a los cuales se refiere el Capítulo III del Decreto 992 de 1981, en adición a las fianzas de carácter bancario o de compañías de seguros, también podrán constituirse garantías prendarias, hipotecarias, personales u otras satisfactorias para la Dirección General de Aduanas.
