Análisis de la situación y aplicación de la medida correspondiente . Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida de seguridad, la Dirección Seccional, Distrital o Local de salud autorizada para ello, o su equivalente, aplicará la medida correspondiente, la cual dependerá del tipo de servicio, del hecho que origina la violación de las normas y de la incidencia sobre la salud individual o colectiva.
