Art. 2.° La entrega del corral se hará por el Administrador principal de Hacienda nacional en Panamá, al Administrador jeneral de Hacienda del Estado, el dia 1.° del mes siguiente al en que se reciba en Panamá el "Diario Oficial" en que se publique este decreto.
