Llegado el día de la audiencia el juez oirá los alegatos verbales que hagan el Fiscal y el reo y su defensor; agregará al expediente los que le presenten escritos, y fallará la causa dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes, pudiendo antes consultar al Auditor de Guerra.

No es permitida en las audiencias la lectura de alegatos escritos.
