Artículo décimocuarto. La oficina expedidora de la guía de tránsito y movilización comunicará por telégrafo a las entidades y funcionarios indicados en los artículos 40 y 7º del presente Decreto, según el caso, el número y fecha de la guía, nombre del despachador y propietario, nombre del transportador y características del vehículo, en su caso, cantidad de cabezas de ganado que ampara, marchas, lugar de destino y término de validez de la guía.
