º DE LOS CONVENIOS INTERDEPARTAMENTALES. A las reglas señaladas en el artículo anterior se sujetarán los convenios que, conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 2º a 4º de la Ley 3º de 1986, celebren dos o más Departamentos entre sí o entidades descentralizadas suyas.
