El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del ministerio de educación procederá a fundar en la región de Tierradentro, en el municipio de Páez, un ternado para indígenas, con el fin de adelantar dentro de este núcleo racial puro una intensa labor cultural y de preparación técnica.
