En ningún caso las regalías, o las compensaciones que se pacten, por la explotación de los distintos recursos naturales no renovables podrán ser inferiores a las establecidas en la presente Ley Tampoco podrá modificarse la distribución porcentual que se ha establecido entre regalías y compensaciones para cada uno de los recursos naturales no renovables.
