Las personas que deseen comprobar hechos relacionados con el dominio o la explotación económica amparados por esta ley, podrán pedir fuera del juicio y con citación del respectivo Agente del Ministerio Público, la práctica de inspecciones oculares, que llevarán a cabo los Jueces de Tierras, por sí o por medio de comisionados.
